    slices white bread, torn into pieces

    cup whole milk

  • 3

    garlic cloves

    onion, finely chopped

    egg

  • salt and pepper

    lbs ground chuck

  • 1.25

    lbs ground pork

Directions

working in batches, pulse bread in a food processor until crumbs form. Should yield 3 cups. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in milk, let set 10 minutes. Puree garlic and onion until smooth. Pulse in egg, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper to combine. Mix garlic mixture into breadcrumb mixture. Add bee and pork, mix until just combined. Divide into 2 portions, use for meatballs or meatloaf.
