An easy do-ahead shrimp recipe that combines shrimp with artichoke hearts.

Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 can (8-10 count) artichoke hearts in water, drained
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned panko
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon juiced- optional (this was in the original recipe, but I didn't use it.)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley - optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Thoroughly dry shrimp and arrange in the bottom of the dish. Gently squeeze excess liquid from the artichoke hearts, cut into quarters and arrange in the spaces between the shrimp.
Sprinkle crumbs over the top.
Melt butter in the microwave, add the lemon juice, if using, and drizzle over the dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the crumbs and cheese brown lightly and shrimp turn opaque and pink, 10 to 12 minutes.
