  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, Parmesan and onion, and mix thoroughly.
3. Stuff the cavity of each chicken breast with 1/4 of the mixture.
4. Lay stuffed breasts in a 9" x 13" baking dish and cover with the sauce.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake another 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
