  • 11/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Chopped fresh herbs: Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh, grated Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic pressed
  • 1 small can of Pineapple chunks w/ juice

Step 1

Mix and marinate Pork, Beef, Chicken and or Salmon. 30 mins. to overnight. The longer the better!!!
