Ingredients
- 11/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Chopped fresh herbs: Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh, grated Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic pressed
- 1 small can of Pineapple chunks w/ juice

Mix and marinate Pork, Beef, Chicken and or Salmon. 30 mins. to overnight. The longer the better!!!
