Ingredients
- 1 # lean ground beef
- 1 large onion- chopped
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 c Italian seasoning
- 2 T taco seasoning
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) Mexican style shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1.Line 13x9 pan with foil – then spray with PAM. Set aside
2.Brown meat with onions, drain. Add salsa, beans, dressing and taco seasoning – mix well
3.Arrange 3 tortillas in single layer on bottom of pan; spread layer w/half each of meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Layer remaining 3 tortillas and spread as before with remaining ingredients. Cover with foil
4.Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve
Note: You can make this and freeze the uncooked casserole for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, bake in 400 degree over covered for 1 hour – remove foil and bake an additional 15 to 20 min.
