Ingredients
- equal parts:
- Prickly Pear Juice
- Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. citric acid or the juice of 2 lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Combine prickly pear juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and cool for 15 minutes.
Add the lemon juice or citric acid,. Add a little at a time and taste it. Stop adding when it is tart enough for you.
Process in hot water canner for 10 minutes.
