Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 12 Tbsp cold butter
- Whisk together
- 6 eggs
- 3 c sugar
- Stir I n grated zest of 1 lemon
- and 1 c plus 2 Tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sift over the top and stir until well blended 1/2 c flour
- Pour batter over baked crust and bake until set about 35 mi

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour and sugar into a bowl
Cut butter into mixture until size of small peas
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and bring up sides of the pan 3/4 inch
Bake 20-30 min in 325 oven- until golden
Set aside to cool slightly.
Turn oven to 300
