- Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe
- 1 pound boneless round steak, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 cups water
- 2 medum potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 beef boullion cubes
- 1/2 t. each basil oregano salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies
- In slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. Add veggies; cover and cook on high 2 hours longer or until the meat and veggies are tender. Yield: about 2.5 quarts.
