Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies

Classic chocolate chip cookies are given a new twist with the addition of a gooey marshmallow sandwiched between. What a treat!

Ingredients

1 package (18 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, (see note)
8 large marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

PREPARE refrigerated cookie dough according to package directions. (If using dough from one batch Original cookie dough, make 16 cookies, baked 9 to 11 minutes.) Cool on baking sheets on wire racks for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

PLACE marshmallow on bottom side of one cookie. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 10 to 20 seconds or until marshmallow expands. Top with second cookie. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows.
