  • 1 & 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together with a fork.
Cover bowl with a dishcloth and let stand about 4 hours
Blend with mixer

Heat oil in muffin tins (about 1/2 tsp in each)
Divide batter evenly among 12

Bake @ 400 degrees for 1/2 hour then reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Remove when golden brown
