Ingredients
- 8 oz whole fresh mushrooms
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (~ 18" sq). Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over vegetables. Fold the foil around vegetables and seal tightly.
Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
