  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 stalks celery
  • celery salt to taste

Step 1

Blend the tomato, cucumber and lemon juice first, until the mixture is liquid. Add in red bell pepper, dandelion greens, garlic and avocado progressively, pushing with the celery stalks until the entire mixture is blended. Add in the “celery salt” to taste, or any other favorite seasoning.
