  • 1 pint fresh strawberries stemmed, sliced (or 2 cups slightly-thawed frozen strawberries)
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt - (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice - (5 to 6 cubes)
