  • Sopressata salami 3oz diced
  • Ditalini pasta
  • cannnellini beans, rinsed well
  • black olives, sliced
  • cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • red wine
  • basil
  • butter
  • chicken stock
  • Italian sausage
  • Parmesan cheese
  • ground chuck 1 1/2 pound
  • garlic
  • 1 onion
  • Italian parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta al dente.

Cook meats including salami in butter with mushrooms and onions. Add wine to deglaze, then reduce a bit and then add stock and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes then add all the herbs, olives and beans. Serve over pasta.
