Ingredients
- Sopressata salami 3oz diced
- Ditalini pasta
- cannnellini beans, rinsed well
- black olives, sliced
- cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
- red wine
- basil
- butter
- chicken stock
- Italian sausage
- Parmesan cheese
- ground chuck 1 1/2 pound
- garlic
- 1 onion
- Italian parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta al dente.
Cook meats including salami in butter with mushrooms and onions. Add wine to deglaze, then reduce a bit and then add stock and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes then add all the herbs, olives and beans. Serve over pasta.
