Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 12 oz Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups white chocolate chips or 2 bags
- 3 cups Raspberry flavored dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
* Preheat oven to 350F
* Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugars until fluffy.
* Add vanilla and eggs one at a time beating well.
* Stir in dry ingredients.
* Stir in white chocolate
* *Add raspberry bits
* Using a cookie scoop place cookies 1″ apart on a silapat or greased cookie sheet.
* Bake for 15-18 minutes. Take out when they are lightly browned- under cook slightly. Let them finish baking on cookie sheet. Then let them cool completely on cooling rack before picking them up.
