Date Nut Candy

Ingredients

• 3 Cups SUGAR
• 1 Cup MILK
• 2 Cups NUTS
• 1 Package DATES
• BUTTER and VANILLA to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook SUGAR and MILK to boil.
Add DATES to mixture until it makes a ball in cold water.
Add BUTTER and VANILLA and NUTS.
Beat with pan in Cold WATER until mixture turns light.
Pour into cold towel and roll.
