Ingredients

  • 3 T. butter, divided
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 C. finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 C. fresh or frozen broccoli crowns
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 Pkg Pasta Sides Alfredo

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 1 T. butter in 12 in. skillet. Cook chicken stirring frequently for 5 min. or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.

Melt additional 2 T. butter in same skillet and cook red pepper 1 min. or until tender. Stir in broccoli, water and milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Alfredo mix. Return to boil, then cook over medium heat, stirring occasionaly, 8 min. or until pasta is tender.

Return chicken to skillet; heat through.
