Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. honey lager, divided
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tbsp. mayo
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 8 slices tomato
- 8 thin slices red onion
- 4 hamburger buns

Step 1
Prepare grill for med-high direct cooking. Combine beef, 1/4 c. lager, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Form mixture into 4 patties. In a separate bowl, combine 1 tbsp. lager, mayo, ketchup, mustard; reserve.
Lightly oil grill grate and place burgers directly over heat. Grill 3 mins. Turn and brush burgers w/ some remaining lager. Grill 3 mins, turn burgers and brush w/ lager. Repeat grilling and rushing 3 more times till burgers are cooked to desired doneness. Place 2 tomatoe slices, 2 onion slice, and 1 burger atop each bun. Top w/ mayo mixture and top buns. Serve.
