  • 6 radishes
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/4 lb Paper thin prosciutto slices
  • 1/4 lb Paper thin peperoni or other salami sliced
  • 1/2 lb sliced parmesan reggiano cheese

Step 1

Arrange all items on a large plate or platter and drizzle liberally with TOOC Rotture di Oro olive oil and season with sea salt and fresh crushed black pepper. Serve with an assortment of olives and pickles such as caper berries or peperoncinis.
