  • ● 1 egg, beaten
  • ● 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • ● 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ● 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ● 1 1/2 cup ground beef
  • ● 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ● additional pizza sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
2. In bowl, combine egg, pizza sauce, bread crumbs, and Italian seasoning.
3. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
4. Divide between 12 greased muffin cups; press onto bottom and up sides.
5. Fill center with cheese
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes of til meat no longer pink.
7. Serve immediately with additional pizza sauce if desired.
8. Or cool, place in freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months. To use: thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Heat on microwave-safe plate on high for 2-3 minutes or til heated through.
