Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 8 oz pkg pasteurized process cheese spread, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 sleeve oval buttery crackers, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, cover chicken with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Drain; let cool. Combine soups, cheese and butter in a separate saucepan. Cook and stir over medium high heat, stirring often, until cheese is melted. Shred chicken; place in a buttered 13 x 9 baking pan. Arrange broccoli over chicken; pour soup mixture over top. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes
