  • 1 large jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 t Low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 large mangoes peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 C light brown sugar
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • 1 small garlic clove mined
  • 1 T fresh grated ginger
  • 2 T TOOC Habanero Olive Oil
  • Pinch of salt (more to taste)
