Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 10-12 slices of bread
- maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow dish and beat until everything is mixed well.
Heat a large electric griddle, or skillet. Coat it with butter and then wipe off the excess. Dip both sides of the bread in the egg mixture and place on the griddle
Cook until the bottom is brown, flip and cook until the other side is brown. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
