Ingredients
- 4 ounces of good aged Anejo tequila
- Juice from 4 large limes
- Small bunch of cilantro well washed and chopped
- 6 T TOOC Habanero Olive Oil
- Zest from 2 oranges
- 2 minced jalapenos
- 1 T honey or agave nectar
- 3 lbs large shrimp –cleaned and deveined
- 2 sweet onion cut into large pieces
- Whole garlic cloves
- 3 oranges peeled and sectioned (approx.)
- 3 limes sectioned (approx.)
- Skewers for BBQ.
- Note: if using wooden skewers be sure to soak in water for at least one hour prior to grilling.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 8 ingredients and allow the shrimp to marinade for at least 2 hours
To prepare: On the skewers alternate, shrimp, garlic cloves, citrus wedges and onions. Grill on a hot grill over indirect heat until shrimp are pink and slightly curled.
Serve immediately.
