Sausage Bread

Ingredients

• 1 Pkg. Frozen Bread Dough (3 loaves)
• 3 - 1 lb Pkgs. Ground Sausage - mild - (Jimmy Dean or Store Brand)
• 5 Eggs Slightly Beaten
• 2 8oz Pkgs. Shredded Cheese (Mild Cheese or Colby Jack)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Let Dough Thaw. DO NOT LET RISE.

2. In large 8 quart pot, brown sausage.

3. Add slightly beaten Eggs and Cheese, Mix well.

4. Cut Loaves in half. (Will make 6 Loaves).

5. One at a time Roll each loaf into a rectangle.

6. Spread 1/6th of the mixture on each loaf.

7. Roll Jelly Roll Style (3 loaves per large cookie sheet sprayed with Pam).


8. Bake 375 degrees til golden brown on top about 35 minutes.

9. Spread top of loaf with butter.

10. Let cool slightly, cut and serve.
