Ingredients

  • For the Smoothie
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen papaya
  • 4-5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful greens (spinach, kale or chard) or 1 tsp powdered Ormus Super Greens
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 scoop Sun Warrior Protein Powder
  • For the Raw Granola
  • 3 cups sprouted buckwheat (2 cups dry, sprouted for 2 days)
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup sprouted chia powder
  • 1/2 cup pure water
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • spices – cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

For The Smoothie:
1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender (like the vitamix) and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
2. Pour into a bowl or a wide mug.
3. Top with fresh blueberries and some sprouted homemade granola or “Living Intentions” raw granola. It is super-b!

For The Raw Granola:
1. Mix the sprouted buckwheat, chopped almonds, coconut, goji and spices in a large bowl.
2. Gently heat up the water and dissolve the coconut butter, add the syrup and salt and mix.
3. Stir the wet ingredients in the dry and mix until you have a sticky mass
4. Place onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 2-3 hours at 145F then at 115F for 6-8 hours or until dry and crispy.
