CHICKEN with HEAVY CREAM

Ingredients

• Chicken
• Rice
• Mushroom
• Peanuts ( unsalted )
• 1/2 l. heavy cream for a serving for 4 persons
• 2 flat Tbsp. Mustard
• pepper and salt
• 1 Knorr ( chicken)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the heavy cream till it is hard with the mostard, pepper and salt and Knorr.
In the meantime bake the chicken in the oven and prepare the mushrooms in some butter
But without lemon juice.
When the chicken and mushrooms are done
Dress them on a serving plate` put the mushrooms on the top also the peanuts….. put the cooked rice
Around the chicken and pour the mixed heavy cream over the chicken.( not over the rice )
Put rasped gruyere cheese over the sauce en put it in de oven on BROIL
