Ingredients
- 3 cups diced onions
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- Secret spices
- 4 lbs. ground beef
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 5 Cups water

Step 1
• Simmer the garlic and onions in oil, then add our special secret spices and then the ground beef.
• The Spices are so top secret, we actually keep them in a secret spice room and no one can go in it ever! But if you were making it at home, you want to make sure you have at least hot chili powder, paprika and dry mustard.
• After you add the spices, add plenty of salt and mix everything until the meat loses its redness.
• Add tomato paste and water and bring it to a simmer/gentle boil. In a few hours, you’ve got chili.
• Just pour it over spaghetti, top with cheese and serve!
