Honey wheat bread

This is my favorite honey wheat recipe...A great recipe for the bread machine!

Ingredients

• 1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Step 1

Place wet ingredients in bread machine and then add dry ingredients. Make a well in the flour for the yeast. Mix and bake according to bread machine instructions using wheat bread light crust options.
