Ingredients

1 cube butter
6 oz Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate
2 Lg Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
1/4 to 1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbls Flour
Pinch of Salt (if nunsalted butter is used)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Butter and chocolate in double boiler. Beat Eggs and Egg Yolks till frothy, add sugar, flour and salt - mix.

Add chocolate mixture

Butter and sugar inside ramkins. pour in mixture about 3/4 full. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 450 degrees.

Cool 1 minute
