  • 1 qt blackberries
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 3 c marshmallows, about 20 large
  • 1 3 oz pkg berry gelatin mix
  • 1 18.5 oz white or yellow cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions but do not bake. Pour berries into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle sugar, marshmalows & gelatin over berries. Pour cake batter evenly over this. Bake at 350* for 55 -55 min or until top is browned and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting. Invert cake pieces when serving so berries are on top of each piece. Top with ice cream or whipped cream
