Ingredients

4 t veg oil
8 6" flour tortillas
2 c shredded cheese
4 T green onion chopped
4 T bl olives
picante sauce

Preparation

Step 1

10" skillet

1-Coat bottom of pan with 1 t oil

2-Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on 1 tort. Leave about 1/4 " between edge of tort and cheese

3-Arrange 1 T onions, 1 T olives, over cheese

4-cover cheese with another tort

5-Place quesadilla in skillet, don't spill

6-Heat on med til sheese starts to melt

7-Turn over quesadilla and heat til cheese is melted

8-remove from pan

9-cut with pizza cutter
