Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz powdered sugars (reserve 1 c)
- 1/4 t mint flavor
- 1 c granulated sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese to form a dough. Add mint flavor and desired food coloring.
2. Knead dough with reserved powdered sugar until dough is no longer sticky.
3. Prepare molds by pressing a small amount of the dough mix into each mold and remove. Then dip the mold in granulated sugar, coating each one well and then shake off the excess.
4. Press cream cheese dough into each mold and smooth off excess. When all molds are filled, invert the mints onto waxed paper or freezer paper. Repeat until all dough has been made into mints
5. Dry mints for 24-48 hours covered with a dry cloth only. When dry, store in a sealed plastic container.
6. Can be kept in freezer for up to 6 months.
