Chipotle Chili Tamale Pie

Ingredients
- Cornmeal:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package Pantry Club Gourmet Chipotle Chili Seasoning
- 1 package frozen corn (12 oz.)
- 1 can black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 can diced or crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in skillet, with onions and garlic. Cook until onions are tender.
Add corn olives, tomatoes and seasoning and mix well. Salt to taste.
Spoon into oblong glass baking dish (approx. 9x13x2).
Mix together eggs, slightly beaten, corn meal and milk.
Pour over top of mixture in baking dish and then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
