ZUCCHINI SOUP

Ingredients

• 1 c onion chopped
• 1/2 c mushroom slices
• 1/2 c celeery
• 3 T butter
• 3-4 zucchini sliced
• 5 c chick broth
• 1/4 t pepper
• 3/4 t salt
• 2 c half & half

Preparation

Step 1

Place butter in pan and saute onions, mushrooms, clelery ti soft an translucent. Add zucchini broth salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 15 min til tender. Put in food processor and puree. Return to pan stir in 1/2 and 1/2 blend well
