Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken peices
  • 1 pkg. Italian dressing
  • 4 Tbs. butter (melted) divided
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 garlic cloved choped
  • 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in the crockpot and sprinkle with Italian dressing.

Sprinkle with 2Tbs. melted butter

Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Melt 2Tbs. butter in a sauce pan, add onion and garlic and saute. Add soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth.

Add this mixture to the crockpot and cook an additional hour.
