Ingredients
- 1 cup Creole mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 clove crushed garlic

Step 1
1. Mix mustard, oil and vinegar.
2. Spear crushed garlic clove with toothpick and add to dressing.
3. Macerate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Remove garlic, bring to room temperature and dress salad.
