Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until sides need scraping. Then blend on puree until smooth.
2. Pour batter onto a medium heated and buttered griddle. Flip pancakes when edges appear to harden. Cook pancakes on the other side for the same amount of time until golden brown.
