Baked Spaghetti *(GOOD)*

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounces) package spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasoning salt; set aside. In large bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat.
Place half spaghetti mixture in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Top with half of cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella, repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
