Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs. beaten
- 4 cups bread, diced, staled
- 2 strips thick-sliced bacon, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 T. minced fresh sage
- 2 T. minced fresh parsley
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with Pam.
Combine milk and eggs in large bowl. Add bread and soak until almost all liquid is absorbed; stirring often; set aside.
Saute bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Saute onion & celery in bacon drippings about 3 min., then fold into bread mixture with bacon & remaining ingredients.
Form dumplings on baking sheet using large spoon, squeezing out excess moisture. Bake until brown, about 20 min. Serve in turkey soup.
