Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 pound peeled and deveined raw shrimp (31 to 40), thawed
- 1/2 cup Wegman's Garlic Spread (Dairy Dept.)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Bring chicken broth to simmer in 10-inch skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning shrimp occasionally until bright pink. Remove from skillet; set aside, keeping warm.
Reduce broth until almost evaporated; slowly whisk in garlic spread until completely melted and foamy. Add shrimp back to skillet with parsley. Toss to coat with sauce and warm through, about 1 minute.
