Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 4C redi-Flavered Bread Crums
  • 8 Veal Cutlets
  • 2 eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 15-oz jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup 4C grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place 4c redi-flavored bread crumbs in shallow dish.Dip cutlets into eggs,then bread crubs,coating well.Heat oil in large skillet;add cutlets and brown on both sides.Remove from heat.Sprinkle with salt and pepper;top with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
