Ingredients
- RICE
- 1/4 onion - chopped
- 1 cups rice - rinsed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup broth
- 1 tomato blended or 1-2 tablespoons puree
- BEANS
- 1/4 onion - chopped
- 2-3 cloved garlic - chopped
- 2 cans black beans - drained

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
Put in blender with beans.
Add water to right consistency.
Heat in pan.
Serve over rice.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
