Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef sirloin
- 2 T. margarine
- 1 T. parsley
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 T. dry sherry
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t. salt
- dash pepper
- 2 T. warm brandy
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms

Step 1
Trim excess fat from meat. Broil 3” from heat for 20 minutes each side. In large skillet combine margarine, parsley, dry mustard, dry sherry, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; heat until bubbly. Add steak; pour brandy over. Flame; when brandy burns down, remove. Add ketchup and mushrooms. Mix well and serve over steak.
