3 eggs
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, mix together with other ingredients. Roll out very thin and cut 1" wide x 3" long. Slit center and curl. Fry in hot oil about 1 minute.

Drain on paper towel. Dust with confectioners sugar.
