Ingredients
- CUPCAKES:
- White cupcakes
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- CINNAMON FROSTING:
- 6 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2-4 tbsp milk
- TOPPING:
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1
Make white cupcakes as directed in recipe Except add 1 tsp cinnamon with the flour. Bake and cool as directed.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon and the butter iwth electric mixer on low speed. Stir in vanilla and 2 tbsp of the milk. Gradually beat in enough remaining mik, 1 tsp at a time, to make frosting smooth and spreadable.
Frost cupakes. In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients, sprinkle over frosted cupcakes.
