Ingredients
- 1/2 cup. instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbs. margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup. hot water
- 1/3 cup. cold water
- 3 cups. reduced-fat Bisquick

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flakes, sugar, margarine, and hot water;
mix well. Stir in cold water and baking mix. Add a little more cold water if necessary to make a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10 times. Roll to
1/2- to 3/4- inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 450* for 13 mins. or until lightly browned.
