Ingredients

  • 1 c butter or margarine softened
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 T baking cocoa
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 c crispy rice cereal

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt & vanilla. Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350* for 25 min or until brownies test done; cool. Spread marshmallow creme over cooled brownies. In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat; stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cereal; spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
