Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 (15 oz) jar Old El Paso Cheese'n Salsa Dip
- 1 (14.5 oz) can ready-to-serve chicken broth
- 1 (9 oz) pkg frozen cut broccoli flowerets, thawed, larger
- pieces cut in half
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrot and onion; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour vegetables stir to blend.
Add all remaining ingredients; blend well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
