Ingredients
- Break into a 1 cup measure:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- Add until the cup is half full
- Milk

Step 1
Bet egg and milk wel
Stir the liquid slowly into the dry ingredients
Add more milk if necessary but keep the batter as stiff asm possible
You may add 1/4 c chopped parsley or 1 Tbsp chopped herbs
Bring just to a boil in a large saucepan 2 or 3 cups chicken stock
Drop dumpling batter from a soup onto the boilingh liquid
Cover and simmer 10 min.
